KAT Cleaning is a fully insured professional cleaning company with more than 5 years of experience in the service industry.

Our experience began before the company itself — working directly with families and inside private homes as a personal assistant, household assistant, and home manager. That hands-on experience created a deeper understanding of what clients actually expect from someone working inside their home: attention to detail, responsibility, respect for personal belongings, clear communication, consistency, and trust.

KAT Cleaning was later created around those standards — combining professional cleaning with a genuine understanding of how a well-maintained home should look, feel, and function.

Today, we provide everything from recurring residential cleaning to complete turnkey cleaning solutions, including Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Turnovers, Post-Construction Cleaning, specialty services, and customized cleaning based on the needs of each property.

Our team

Our team is young, active, detail-oriented, and professionally trained, with team members generally 25 years and older. We believe great cleaning requires more than simply following a checklist. Our cleaners understand presentation, attention to detail, proper treatment of different surfaces, and the high standards our clients expect.

We continuously improve our cleaning methods, equipment, products, and internal standards based on professional experience and client feedback.

KAT Cleaning can provide more than a basic cleaning appointment. For clients who need a property completely prepared for its next use, we offer turnkey cleaning solutions tailored to the property — whether it is a private residence, move-in/move-out property, vacation rental, Airbnb, or post-renovation space.

Depending on the property and request, additional services can include windows, appliances, laundry, dishes, carpet extraction, steam cleaning, upholstery, walls, balconies/patios, detailed glass cleaning, Junk Removal, restocking, and other specialty tasks.

Our cleaning standards and products

We believe effective cleaning should never mean unnecessarily damaging surfaces. Our team does not use harsh metal brushes, abrasive metal scrubbers, or other aggressive tools that can scratch or damage delicate surfaces as part of normal cleaning.

We select products and methods according to the surface and type of buildup. When a task requires stronger professional-strength products, they may be used appropriately and carefully.

Commonly used products: Mrs. Meyer’s, Mr. Clean, The Pink Stuff, professional cleaning products, and fragrance-free, naturally based alternatives when requested or appropriate.

Clients with sensitive surfaces, allergies, fragrance preferences, children, pets, or specific product requirements should let us know before the appointment so the team can prepare accordingly.
