How long it takes. A post-construction cleaning usually takes about 4–7 hours. The exact time depends on the size of the home, its condition and the add-ons you pick — the manager confirms it with you.

- Paint, glue, cement, plaster, stickers and other stuck-on construction residue — custom quote after photos
- Hauling construction debris, boxes, boards, furniture, materials and bulk trash
- Gathering, sorting and carrying out large amounts of trash
- Carpet extraction, upholstery and sofas, steam cleaning
- Work at height or outside where it cannot be reached safely
- Inside the refrigerator and the oven — add them to the order

Getting ready for your post-construction cleaning
A few things to do before we arrive.
- Before we confirm the price we ask about the square footage, what was renovated, the dust level, whether the home is empty and whether debris or materials are left — and we look at photos. The final price is confirmed before the cleaning starts.
- Construction debris, boxes, boards and leftover materials should be hauled away before we arrive: removal is a separate matter and is arranged with the manager.
- Stuck-on paint, glue, cement or plaster is quoted separately after photos — point it out to us in advance.
