Clutter, furniture or junk to get rid of?
It happens: a couch nobody wants, boxes of leftovers, a garage full of odds and ends. Hauling things away is not part of a cleaning, and it is not priced by the calculator — the cost depends on how much there is and whether it still needs gathering and carrying. Mention it in your request or ask the manager, and we will sort it out with you separately.

Getting ready for your move-in / move-out cleaning
A few things to do before we arrive.
- A move-out clean assumes the home is completely empty. Personal belongings are yours to move out; anything left behind counts as clutter, and clearing it is not part of the cleaning. If you would like us to take care of it, that is a separate charge from $20, agreed with the manager.
- Cabinets, shelves and appliances in your order must be completely empty.
- For a move-in, ideally book before the boxes arrive. If belongings are already there, we clean around them and do not move or unpack them.
- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances. Pull the fridge or stove away from the wall beforehand if you want behind them cleaned.
